Caswell Artists’ League does not monitor or censor the artwork submitted by individual artists on their individual websites. The Caswell Artists’ League does monitor and censor all artwork submitted on its website. All artwork on the Caswell Artists’ League website must contain socially responsible subject matter. The artwork must not promote hatred, violence or pornography. Artwork considered in violation of this requirement will be removed from the site. Artists who request to post artwork containing adult content should clearly identify this in the description of their homepage, and, posting of such material on the Caswell Artists' League website must follow all guidelines set forth herein.

You are legally and ethically responsible for any artwork that you post or transmit using the services of Caswellartistsleague.org. Further, you are responsible for honoring the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for obtaining the permission of any copyrighted work prior to posting. caswellartistsleague.org expects its clients to provide complete and accurate information on the artworks posted on the site. The posting of false or misleading information will lead to the cancellation of privileges.

Caswellartistsleague.org does not sell any information about our members. The contact information in our database will only be used to enable you to show your artwork to the site's visitors, and to keep you informed about changes to the site.

Each artist, during the registration signup process, is responsible for indicating how they wish to be contacted by prospective buyers. Only the specified contact information will be displayed on the artist's homepage.
